It is easy to sit on your couch, stay inside, and become immobile during the COVID-19 pandemic. Finding accessible exercise programs can be equally challenging. Eyes-Free Fitness® is a great resource for those who are home, don't have access to a workout facility, and are visually impaired. Developed by Blind Alive LLC, the exercise programs are audio-based and designed for the low vision community. Eyes-Free Fitness® offers a variety of programs including Slow Flow Yoga, Boot Camp, and Pilates.
