We are beginning what is possibly the most ambitious mission in A.V.R.E. history:  to reach tens of thousands more in our outreach area who need our services.  The "Center of Excellence in Vision Rehabilitation and Employment" $3.1 million capital building project will provide a revolutionary facility for housing the most comprehensive and technologically advanced services and employment opportunities for the region's blind and visually impaired residents.

This Center of Excellence Will Be...

         *  A facility where individuals receive intensive training and instruction.

         *  A network to allow individuals to connect with other services to meet their
             special needs.

             volunteers.

             of appropriate skills and support to help a full spectrum of the population from
