Windsor, New York is located 14 miles east of Binghamton, on Route 17.  From Route 17 eastbound, take exit number 79, turn left at the bottom of the exit, onto Highway 79.  From Route 17 westbound, take exit number 79, turn right at the bottom of the exit, onto Chapel Street.  Proceed into the village to the traffic light.  The village green is on the left.
